EEC High-Speed Bio Tec. WWTP systems are fully automatic PLC controlled, clog free, and based on the MBBR technology. Biodegradation and Sedimentation technology which is unique due to its compact design and performance in respect to volumetric efficiency. EEC utilizes the AMB Bio Media or equal with effective working bio surface of 550m²/m³. These technologies are combined in prefabricated, package WWTP in variable lengths, suitable for overseas transportation inside or as ISO freight containers, MBBR works exceptionally well with high organic loads.

EEC PACKAGE MBBR SYSTEMS FOR THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

Process Description The MBBR WWTP will draw the wastewater from the Buffer Tank pump well, (feed pump included.)The feed pump is level controlled and have a flow capacity 2- 3 times the average daily flow. The WWTP therefore will have an intermittent working mode in terms of hydraulic flow, while the air blower supplying air to the bioreactors is continuously running.

The WWTP comes with various chambers depending on required cleaning efficiency. The Bioreactors degrades the dissolved influent organic matter by oxidation which then turns into carbon dioxide and vented to the air. During this process Biomass is produced which acts as activated sludge.

A suspended, free floating Bio Media provides a large protected Bio Film surface, and at the same time accumulates the active Bio Sludge inside the reactors. The Biodegraded wastewater flows into a clarification stage reactor where the suspended solids settles by gravity. The final stage water is directed through a skim well to a settler system which provides clarification to a high quality Effluent .
